10:30 – 11:30 – Gardening with Confidence: Physio-Approved Gardening Tips with Eramosa Physiotherapy
This presentation will explore common areas of pain associated with gardening, including the back, hips, knees, and pelvic health, as well as strategies to help reduce pain and prevent injury.
You will also learn practical techniques for pressure management and movement to support safer lifting, bending, and squatting to help you stay active, confident, and comfortable while gardening and other outdoor activities.

12 – 1 pm – Mat Pilates Class with Club Pilates Guelph South
Join us for a 50-minute Mat Pilates flow designed to build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, enhance posture, and help prevent injuries in everyday life. This full-body class focuses on core stability, balance, and functional movement patterns that support activities such as gardening, lifting, carrying, and bending. Participants will leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and equipped with simple movement techniques they can incorporate into their daily routines to move with greater ease and confidence.
