Mat Pilates for Gardeners

Join us for a Mat Pilates flow designed to build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, enhance posture, and help prevent injuries in everyday life.

This full-body class focuses on core stability, balance, and functional movement patterns that support activities such as gardening, lifting, carrying, and bending. Participants will leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and equipped with simple movement techniques they can incorporate into their daily routines to move with greater ease and confidence.
