This presentation, lead by Nicole Watson (Registered Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Lead Associate at Eramosa Physiotherapy), will explore common areas of pain associated with gardening, including the back, hips, knees, and pelvic health, as well as strategies to help reduce pain and prevent injury.
You will also learn practical techniques for pressure management and movement to support safer lifting, bending, and squatting to help you stay active, confident, and comfortable while gardening and other outdoor activities.
