OSC, Basil, Sweet

This prolific grower produces relatively large leaves that can be used fresh or dried in poultry, meat, fish dishes or tomato based sauces. Grows to 30-45cm (12-18″) tall. Sow seeds outdoors in late May to early June or start them inside and transplant after danger of frost is past. Space 6mm (1/4″ apart and sow 3mm (1/6″) deep in a sunny site with average soil. A little goes a long way!
