Enoch, Weaver’s Mennonite Stuffing Pepper

This pepper is a small, sweet bright red pepper that is usually around an inch in diameter. The fruit can be enjoyed stuffed green off the vine, ripened, or even flattened and dried. This cute little pepper is also a delight to add to preserves and vegetable dishes.

Early in the year, start the seedlings indoors and move the plants outdoors well after the danger of frost has passed. Pepper plants should be placed in full sun.
