Enoch, Rose Red Soba Buckwheat

This unique buckwheat has awesome clusters of bright pink flowers that give way to edible seeds (when young). Drought tolerant and considered a perennial in warmer regions, this easy-to-grow plant is extremely rewarding to pollinators as well!

Plant seeds directly outside after the danger of frost has passed. Buckwheat can also be started earlier, indoors. Only transition the plants outside when temperatures allow.
