Our number one goal is to ensure that you feel content, secure, and accommodated throughout the design process. We’re taking extra care to safely navigate social distancing requirements while keeping you as involved and informed as possible. For starters, the process doesn’t require standing in close quarters with your designer. With the help of digital devices and social distancing, we can discuss plans and talk numbers without putting anyone at risk.
For any on-site work or consultations, we’ll maintain a minimum of 10–12 feet of distance at all times. Realistically, most of the work—particularly maintenance and installation—can easily be done without you present, so it’s no trouble at all for us to accommodate.
