Explore and browse our wide selection of Winter Greens that will be available for purchase in-store, this season, at Royal City Nursery.
All our winter greens will be located in the Nursery Yard, set up on benches for you to explore and ‘pick your own’ starting in early November.

Wreaths

Nothing creates as much festive charm to your front door than a beautiful hanging winter greens wreath. Greet your guests this holiday season by adding warmth, colour and texture to your front door or porch with one of our fresh wreaths. Hang on a beautiful ribbon as is or use as a base to add in your own decor, colours and greens of choice.

Bundles

Bundles are a collection of single branch greenery. They are perfect to pick up if you are looking to build your own festive arrangements, urns or wreaths at home this season. Winter greens add texture, colour and a beautiful fragrance into any arrangement. We have a wide selection to choose from to suit your creative dreams.

Garlands

Garlands are an easy & effective way of injecting some festive texture and greenery into your home or onto your porch. Plus, they smell amazing! Adorn your banisters with a pine garland or drape cedar over your mantle for an instant holiday feel. Leave as is or use as a base to add in your own decor & lights.

Ontario Cedar

Ontario Grown! You can’t beat the smell of fresh cedar during the holiday season. Add into your potted arrangements, build into your own wreath or add a touch to your table decor.

Ontario Cedar has small, scaly needles that cover fan-shaped twigs. Colouring is light green to yellow. It is a great bulking green, meaning it has large chunky branches making for a great ‘filler’ in any arrangement.

Ontario Red & White Pine

Ontario Grown Red and White Pine will add texture, dimension and a beautiful scent into your home this holiday season.

Ontario Red Pine is commonly found in central and southern Ontario. The needles are long, sharp and dark green in colour and are typically stiffer, adding great height into your arrangements.

Ontario White Pine is recognized by its broad conical crowns & stacked dark foliage. White Pine needles are typically between 5-15cm long and are straight, flexible and a dark blue-green in colour. Foliage is typically softer and more ‘drapey’ in appearance.

BC Cedar

Grown in British Columbia! This beautiful BC Cedar will add softness & texture into your festive arrangements.

The leaves have a soft, draping ‘overlapping’ effect to them rather than individual needles. Branches are long and flexible. BC Cedar is known for its aromatic qualities, so if you’re looking for a fragrant, high impact, festive scent this season, be sure to pick up a bundle.

Makes for a great ‘spiller’ in any festive arrangement.
