Maximum 12 participants per class. \n  \nAbout the Instructor\nAngela Churchill completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through a Yoga Alliance registered program\, with a strong foundation in posture alignment\, safe sequencing\, and functional movement. Her classes support the nervous system through mindful breath\, alignment\, and stability\, bringing a sense of groundedness and ease to the body. Fashion show starts at 7pm sharp. \nThere will be time for socializing before the fashion show and shopping at the end of the evening — 15% discount on all items purchased that evening.
