DESCRIPTION:Join Lynn Harrison for a yoga class with a holistic mind-body-soul approach to functional movement to prepare you for summer activities. Lynn makes her classes flow beautifully between mobility\, functional movement and breath-work\, leaving students feeling a little lighter\, more grounded and stronger on and off the mat.\n\nThis class will weave together functional and mobility movements to support summer and gardening ativities. We will focus on your spine and core to ensure a strong\, flexible spine to allow you to bend and twist while working and enjoying gardening activities. Can you think of a gardening activity that does not require bending or twisting your spine? Think of pulling weeds\, picking flowers\, planting\, raking\, lifting\, etc.  So let’s get your core and spine ready!\n\nHer teaching style is supportive\, accessible\, and welcoming to all levels.\nLimited space – please register below.  If tickets are sold out\, please join the wait list. \nYour $10 registration fee will be reimbursed via a $10 gift card when you arrive.
