DESCRIPTION:Immerse yourself in a brief tropical getaway with this unique\, one-hour yoga class. Relax and enjoy the warmth\, natural lighting\, vibrant plants\, and heated floors in our greenhouse. \nClass Description\nStep into the greenery for a yoga practice focused on posture\, stability\, and functional movement to balance your body in everyday life. Gentle sequencing and mindful alignment guide the nervous system toward calm\, with a soothing sound bath at the end to leave you grounded\, restored\, and connected to the natural rhythm of the plants around you. Maximum 12 participants per class. \n  \nAbout the Instructor\nAngela Churchill completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through a Yoga Alliance registered program\, with a strong foundation in posture alignment\, safe sequencing\, and functional movement. Her classes support the nervous system through mindful breath\, alignment\, and stability\, bringing a sense of groundedness and ease to the body.
