DESCRIPTION:Immerse yourself in a brief tropical getaway with this unique\, one-hour yoga class. Relax and enjoy the warmth\, natural lighting\, vibrant plants\, and heated floors in our greenhouse. \nClass Description\nWith a holistic\, mind-body-soul approach\, these classes include a beautiful flow between mobility\, functional movement and breath-work\, all ending with a meditation leaving students feeling a little lighter\, more grounded and stronger on and off the mat. Each session weaves together gentle yet intentional flow\, functional mobility to support everyday life\, and simple breathing practices to regulate the nervous system. Lynn’s teaching style is supportive\, accessible\, and welcoming to all levels. \nMaximum 12 participants per class. \n  \nAbout the Instructor\n\nA certified yoga instructor and Mindfulness coach\, Lynn Harrison believes that true change comes from within and is passionate about helping people reconnect to their bodies and breath. When she is not working or navigating a busy household of three grown daughters with her husband\, you can find her on the mat\, on the Tennis court\, downhill skiing or around town volunteering with her 2 dogs. \n  \nQuestions?
